When we may share your data

Online store payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. The sales contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data. Personal data necessary for making payments is forwarded to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

Retention of your personal data
The company retains your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (for example, if we must retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and rules.
