Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed alongside the products and include VAT. A delivery fee is added to the price according to the price list.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout once they have selected a delivery method.
Placing an Order
NB: These are specific products. If you are unsure about the product you wish to purchase, please contact us. We will help you find the right spare part or product.
To purchase goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the purchase, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The shopping cart total will then be displayed on screen and can be paid via bank link.
The contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be supplied due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded, generally within 1–2 business days.
Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to European Union countries. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant pricing is displayed alongside the shipping method.
The buyer has the following options for receiving goods:
Pick up in person at Herne 6, Tallinn – Shipping cost €0
Delivery to the buyer’s selected Omniva parcel locker – Shipping cost €4
Delivery to the buyer’s selected address via Omniva courier – Shipping cost €6
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the buyer’s designated destination within 3–7 business days from the contract entering into force.
Deliveries outside Estonia are made within 10 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the Online Store reserves the right to deliver goods within up to 30 calendar days.
If the Online Store has notified the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation of supply issues and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Store shall apply.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not have been used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as would be permitted when testing goods in a physical store.
To return goods, a withdrawal notice must be submitted via the WRITE TO US link in the website footer, selecting the topic COMPLAINT AND RETURN, and sent to our email address no later than 14 days from receiving the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice. Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying the defect, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the item has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obligated to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods was mistakenly listed significantly below the market price.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect in goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of handover and manifests within two years from the handover date. During the first year from handover, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of handover. The burden of rebutting this presumption lies with the Online Store.
Upon discovery of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months via the WRITE TO US link in the website footer, selecting the topic COMPLAINT AND RETURN.
The Online Store is not liable for defects caused by the buyer’s actions or inaction after handover (improper use, accidents, etc.) or for normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all payments associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
